Lady Tazmin has recently had a season. As she is two years old, we thought maybe it was time to try for a litter with Tikkie. We did not observe a successful mating and had kind of given up hope but a week ago Lady seemed to be gaining a little belly. Yikes! Could we be lucky?
We held off a few more days, then organised for a visit to the vet. She has with out a doubt gained weight. The vet agrees she is displaying all the symptoms of a pregnancy, however on examination can't determine how many pups she may be carrying as it is too early in the pregnancy to tell.
We will leave it for a few more weeks before taking her for another examination.
